It's a belt-scrolling action game, Dad n' me, by New Grounds. It's a game where you control the purple main character and kill the children who are playing well in the neighborhood. The children who are hit by the main character keep playing regardless of the main character, and the cars (including police cars and fire trucks) don't care about the children in the car and just walk by. It's also interesting that the children who were hit by the car don't die and walk around okay… It's certainly not an action game in a typical format, but it's been a big hit for nearly 20 years due to its heavy hitting and various combination actions. Play with the goal of getting to your final destination and getting rid of last boss. When the player dies, he starts all over again.
