Etherena is a fighting game that showcases flashy skills and actions in the air.

You can play single player with player vs CPU settings, and two-player local multiplayer with human vs human settings. You can also watch AI battles with CPU vs CPU. CPU can be adjusted to four difficulty levels: easy, normal, hard, and elite, so choose the one that best suits your gaming skill level.

You can choose between SHIIRI and MORAKU as characters, and their skills are similar but vaguely different. Each character has an aerial combo. The maps are Treetop, Pitfall, City, and Snow, and the terrain is all different, with the default map, Treetop, having a lot of aerial terrain.

The basic controls can be checked in the OPTIONS menu on the main screen, and the control keys for 1 PLAYER and 2 PLAYER can be set separately.
