The World's Hardest Game, version 2.0, is back, even more challenging than version 1.0. It was released in 2008, riding on the popularity of the original.
The total number of stages has increased to 50, with level 10 and 18 being particularly challenging, and mid-level checkpoints being completely removed from level 30 onward. Key items have been added to match the increased difficulty, and you can now save your keys and coins at checkpoints, but only once.
Don't be discouraged by the high death count! It's perfectly normal.
